is proud to have the first DVD authoring suite in Arizona. We started
in early 1999 because we saw that at some point DVD was going to replace
both CD and VHS, and we wanted to be ready for the changes.
We are using the best tools in the market like Daikin Scenarist Advanced
software for authoring and Optibase hardware encoders. We
also have
Sonic's Producer in our authoring suites giving us the most comprehensive
tools available. We can encode footage from virtually any video format
available including Digital Beta so we can work with whatever you have.
At
Star we are dedicated to Digital Versatile Disc and after 600
projects
for various corporate clients we are the most experienced facility
in town.
We do MPEG-4 and DIVX for streaming DVD content from your website
and
we're now using Sonic's E-DVD that will allow us to link to the web
from a
video title set and much more. More>>.
Star's owner, Paul Brown, has set a standard by investing in the latest
technologies and the next big growth area is certainly in High Defination.
We have added HD-DV edit capabilities with Apple's Final Cut Pro
4.5.

Of
course we still do regular video editing from any video format and we
have upgraded our system with new computers and monitors to run the
