Video Standards Conversion
Standards
conversion is necessary if your next project has to go oversees. It is
the process of converting an NTSC tape, running at 30 frames per second to
a
Pal or Secam format running at 24 frames per second. There is also a conversion
of audio on each tape and an upgrade of lines of resolution from 525 in NTSC
to
625 which is the standard for Pal and Secam.
This
conversion process takes skill and the right equipment to accomplish, and
